I'm a big fan of lip products. I can very happily go out with no face makeup, but if there's nothing on my lips I feel completely naked. Even when it looks like I'm not wearing a lip colour, chances are I am. So here is a little breakdown of my fave products, which can easily be seperated into 3 categories

The Nudes
Every girl has her favourite nude lipsticks. For me personally, I prefer a warmer toned, dark nude colour as I feel that is what best compliments my complexion. While these two look quite similar in the tube, you can see in the swatch that Cherish is slightly warmer while No 3 has a more pink undertone. Totally different enough to justify having and wearing both!

The Pinks
For days when I'm wanting something a touch more feminine I love a light pink lip. Both these products have a sheer, glossy finish, but are definetly buildable. This formulation makes them easy to apply and wear throughout the day because they're super moisturising. All About Cupcake is a warmer toned pink while Lust For Blush is a lot cooler, making them easily interchangeable depending on the rest of my makeup.

The Glosses
Lipgloss is not an every day thing for me, but sometimes I want a little something extra. Natural Purple looks amazing layered over Cherish, and is really opaque as well, with minimal tackiness. Sugar bomb is a lot lighter, and contains a solid amount of shimmer, and a small amount of glitter, which may irritate some people, but I feel like these are what create the super 'wet' look on the lips.

What are your favourite everyday lip products? Are you guilty of having multiples of the same colour like me, or do you like to mix it up? Regardless I think we can all agree that there is no such thing as two many lipsticks! J X
