I'm an RSSAU finalist!

If you keep up with any of my social media platforms (if you don't what are you doing?! click for instagramyoutubetwitter) then you've probably already heard the exciting news - I've been announced as one of the 5 finalists in the Rising Social Star competition [fashion category]
So I thought it would be a good idea to give you  guys a little bit more information about what the contest is, and what it means for the direction of my channel.

RSSAU is a competition which essentially aims to uncover new talent within the social media spectrum. It is open to all mediums, though is dominated this year by blogger's and instagrammer's - I'm actually the only youtube in my category! This is very exciting for me as I feel like it gives me the ability to really stand out and create something cool, but it's also a lot of pressure because I feel like I'm representing the whole youtube community!

There are 5 finalists in each category, and we've been set 3 challenges to complete. Each challenge is open to interpretation allowing contestants a lot of creative liberty. Entries are judged across 3 categories: content, engagement and RSS factor. This is where YOU come in. I'll be tagging all of my entry posts with #RSSAU, and will be uploading content to here, my youtube and my instagram. I'd really really appreciate you taking the time to check out what I upload to each platform as every post will contain unique content.

The winner will be receiving a scholarship to secret bloggers business, an interview with collective magazine a brand ambassadorship for bonds (can you say dream come true?!) and a cash prize all of which would allow me to bring you bigger and better posts! Get amongst it and like, comment and share if you're feeling extra generous!

If you'd like to hear more about the competition you can have a look at the website here.

Keep an eye out for my entries! Jx
